Tennis & Padel - Tipton Sports Academy

By signing up, young people are securing a place in a session focused on positive coaching, skill development, and enjoying the game. This fun, high-energy tennis and padel session is designed to build confidence, develop core skills, and keep players active through game-based challenges. Whether new to the court or looking to sharpen your technique, each session blends movement, teamwork, and match-play in a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.

Leadership Academy - Crestwood School

The Leadership Academy is aimed at children aged 14-16. Young people who sign up to be part of the Leadership Academy are committing their time to complete the following:

  • First Aid Award
  • Young Sports Leader Award
  • Multi-Skills Award
  • Volunteering at a local or school games event

Date: Saturday 25th April 2026

Visual Arts Trail workshops

For 11 -16 year olds to work on creating a piece of Arts. The created artwork will go on to become a collaborative tapestry as part of the WCOYC visual arts trail.

Fun Fitness with the Foundation: 9th April 2026.

The Wolves Foundations will support Virtual School students with a carousel of fun fitness activities, including Football skills.

Virtual School’s Mini Football tournament

Expressions of interest for 5/6 a side mini tournament for yp in School Year 6 – 10. Will be held on 4th July 2026.

National Saturday Club

Join the new Art & Design Saturday Club at Newhampton Arts Centre, where you will be able to focus on and explore all aspects of visual arts and design. As part of the Club, you’ll help shape an exciting an evolving programme while building your creative skills and connecting with others. Every week, Club members will enjoy fun, hands-on activities, meet inspiring artists, and visit galleries. For more information and to sign up click below.


Leadership Academy: Young Leaders Award:

Virtual School are offering young people aged 14 – 16 a fantastic opportunity to join Young Leaders Academy where they will learn new skills and complete a Young leaders qualification.

As part of the Academy young people will:

  • Complete a First Aid, Young Leaders, and Multi-Skills Award
  • Volunteer at a local event or School Games activity

Circus Skills:

Virtual School Invites young people aged 10 – 16 to Join the Fun with Farmyard Circus!

Led by professional performers, this hands-on session is perfect for beginners and budding circus stars alike. Come learn new tricks, build confidence, and have loads of fun in a friendly, creative environment. No experience needed - just bring your energy and enthusiasm! Book your place now Roll up, roll up! Farmyard Circus is bringing an exciting circus skills workshop for young people, packed with juggling, acrobatics, hoop skills, and more!


Summer Regional WM Virtual Schools Event:

Artslink Regional event –. West Midlands Virtual Schools Whole family event. Follow up from Circus workshop, everyone welcome! Bring your own picnic. Sign up is via the link in the flyer but please remember this is a family event and they only need 1 ticket per family.

Attendance will include a professional circus performance by a fantastic company who have performed at multiple festivals, “give it a go” workshops, ice cream/drinks available, access to the farm and their play areas plus opportunity to feed animals. It will be a fantastic event!!!!
